Present day's Beauty and Fashion Director is the NYC based Editor and Art Director for Modern Salon Magazine and modernsalon.com. Maggie joined MODERN in the 1980's and has spent over 3 decades covering the expert magnificence industry around the globe. Notwithstanding composing articles, Maggie voyages comprehensively as a columnist to provide details regarding the most recent patterns, items and strategies in the expert excellence world. Known for a sharp eye, Maggie has judged several national rivalries including NAHA, and worldwide rivalries, for example, Wella International Trend Vision and Goldwell Color Zoom among others. As an Art Director, Maggie is in charge of several magazine spreads and a large number of inside pages and components for Modern Salon and her sister distributions. Among her numerous expert interests is ARTIST SESSION, the 2-day workshop she established which offers bearing and motivation to beauticians keen on figuring out how to do effective photoshoots. An alum of Boston College, Maggie is the writer of Great Looks (Doubleday) and, in the couple of minutes of extra time she has left, is chipping away at a book for kids that has NOTHING to do with excellence.
